Slash moderation system measurements

For my Ph.D research I've written an article about a more general form of a system like /. where users provide the content and do the moderation. The slashdot measurements give insight in the time scale of one type of moderation.

  ... perusal and discussion, and then you find out that (1) you have to pay for an account to view, or (2) download it from a web-"unfriendly" format and attempt to view it in a format that most web site patrons have no software to decode/view, well that is lame ...
