New release for SlashWiki (20)

Slash Plugins and Themes

New release aka 0.06 for the plugin SlashWiki in the system repository. This release has the following changes: - removed Text::WikiFormat, now must be installed from the CPAN

added README file

fixed typo in wikiEmptyPage template (Scott Hill)

fixed logic bug in readonly flag

use explicit action URI in wikiMenu and wikiView (jesse found this bug)

Would there happen to be a known, non-private installation of SlashWiki running out there somewhere that we could poke at? I will probably end up just installing it meself, but I wouldn't mind seeing it before I do :)
