Multiple "Index" Pages for Sections & Static Pages

DoubleJ writes "I'm interested in integrating some static page content into the Slash scheme.

I've seen and modified the "getting started" SHTML page, but I was looking for something more. Something along these lines:

When a visitor enters a Slash "section", they would get a page similar to the "index" page (full story exerpts with links) but it would only contain stories for the section entered. The page would contain a static "intro" block to the section with the latest stories listed below this static block. Is there an easy way to do this? One thought was to copy and use a modified page, but how can you pull stories from only one section?"

I don't even have a little dog named "Toto".
  • Just stop asking questions and take it up the ass already. Nobody is going to help you today or tomorrow or even while you are prancing around your San Francisco house while sniffing your plant's reproductive organs. If you don't stop posting I'll get the hose on you!
