wow. i bet i submitted this little announcement over three months ago. were you just holding out for a slow day, or is there something screwy going on with slashcode? i remember someone else recently pointing out that their article was posted over a month after they submitted it.
    • This is how it works, you put in a submission and I typically post the last couple of submissions in the list. What happens? Ones that come in on days with lots of submissions get pushed further down in the stack.
Part of this has been I have had a backload of submissions for quite sometime and am finally getting through them all since the last couple of weeks have been so slow. I have the submissions bin down to four submissions and stories set to run for the next week or so. On top of that I am going to run double posts when I get interesting submissions.
In theory I want to keep stuff a little more current.
I removed stories from the hold bin that were asking about 1.x problems :)

You can't grep a dead tree.
    • Cool site, any hints on how its done?

      Happy New year!
