  • I am running a live site on a Cobalt Raq 4i with only 128Mb of RAM and that is really really pushing it. Running with default Slash and Apache parameters will cause your computer to hang and run out of memory. Fine tuning Apache *and* running a patched version of Slash that reduces memory req's by 3Mb per httpd (patches will appear on sourceforge some time) only just squeezes acceptable performance on 128Mb RAM
