Since the posting of my previous comment about this story, CTDATA has received a number of inquiries about providing Slash installation support in very small units of time. Rather than confuse people by giving them the impression that we did that, I posted an article to ctdata.com that lays out CTDATA's criteria for participating in a Slash implementation project [ctdata.com].
I hope that everyone who is interested in receiving help gets it, but, we are probably not the right type of organization to help with initial installations that only take a couple of hours.
