How about posting one story per forum, then link each forum to the comments page of each story where anybody can post?
I think this solution should work fine. I like this better than using other forum code because of the following advantages (beside moderation/m2, which I don't think is that useful on a low traffic forum)
Anonymous or nonanonymous posting (most forums let anybody specify any nickname, which makes them prone to abuse)
Sorting by date/thread in any order(most forums sort only by tread, then date)
Post one story per forum (Score:1)
