  I hacked together a '30 most recentcomments' [morrissey-solo.com] page in the plug-in format, sort of as a test for myself. It was a little tricky because I wanted to exclude journal comments, but because of the way slash is designed, those types of things aren't too difficult. I am not aware of anything built in / slashbox format, although I used the code from HOF as a starter.
