    Log files are your friend!!

Open a second telnet window, or virtual terminal or whatever, and just do this:

    [root] % tail -f /usr/local/slash/site/mysite/logs/slashd.log &
    [root] % tail -f /usr/local/slash/site/mysite/logs/error_log &

Then all the stuff that pops up in your slash log and your website error log will be echoed directly into this terminal as it pops up in the logs!

Infinantly useful! You might become so used to this that you tail several system log files all day and leave them up in another window for your viewing enjoyment!
